The Phoenix Global Capital Infrastructure Fund is designed as a closed-ended investment vehicle focused on infrastructure-related assets and projects across Africa, with a primary emphasis on Nigeria (the Target Region). • Toll roads and transport networks
• Port and logistics infrastructure
• Telecommunications
• Water resources
Through these investments, the Fund seeks to accelerate economic diversification, stimulate foreign direct investment, and generate employment opportunities in Nigeria.
