The PG Capital ETF is an actively managed open-ended Exchange Traded Fund (“ETF”). The Fund gives Unitholders exposure to the overall direction of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) All-Share Index (ASI) by replicating to the extent possible, the price performance of the index net expenses.
The Fund is designed to track the total return of the constituent companies of the NSE ASI and replicate the performance in terms of price performance and income from the underlying securities of the index. The NSE ASI is a total market (broad-base) index, reflecting a total picture of the behaviors of the common shares quoted on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. The ASI is a broad, transparent, and independent benchmark. It is calculated daily showing how prices have moved.
The PG Capital ETF is structured as an optimized ETF investing in only a representative sample of the securities in the NSE ASI. Investment in the ETF can be made by Individuals, Companies, Societies, Foreign and Non-Resident Investors.
